Agilus is recruiting for a Hiring Customer Success Manager - Remote!! in the Information Technology & Services in .
We're looking for Customer Success Manager to guide more agencies through transformation using an all-in-one staffing platform. The ideal candidate is approachable and solutions-driven with 2+ years' experience in customer success, ideally in a B2B SaaS role. They have a solid understanding of the staffing industry and can leverage this insight to drive efficiencies.
A typical day:

  • Onboard all new customers, ensuring a smooth launch process and training schedule that sets them up for success.
  • Identify areas for optimization of the onboarding process based on learnings.
  • Develop, maintain and update the onboarding documentation to reflect the most recent features and best practices
  • Monitor each account closely, engaging with customers about their usage, offering technical support when necessary
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify upsell opportunities, contract renewal, and expanding relationships
  • Identify accounts that are likely to churn using product data; partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support to create engagement strategies for high-risk accounts

Successful candidates will have:
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support or Customer Success, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 2+ years' experience in the staffing industry
  • Experience using tools such as Hubspot to gather and assess information
  • Exceptional client facing skills including relationship management and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work well independently in a remote environment
