Service Desk Analyst - Bilingual English/French – Job Description
- The Retail System Service Desk Support (RSSD) team provides 19*7 support to retail stores and retail applications and hardware
- The team works retail business hours and provides off-hours pager support on a rotating basis
- The list of supported applications and hardware includes, but is not limited to, supply chain, marketing, POS, Scanners and RF Guns
- Responsible for responding to phone calls, e-mail requests, and voicemails working with external vendors to provide additional support where needed and processing routine related tasks
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is very important
- Use industry standard tools for logging and working with incident tickets
- Able to make clear notes and reports concisely
- Can easily make conversation and build rapport with customers on the phone
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confidently balances multiple tasks and can prioritize effectively
- Can easily adapt to changing environments and situations while still meeting deadlines and set timeframes
- Puts the customer first by demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and recommending solutions while taking the organization's costs and benefits into account

Service Desk Analyst - Bilingual English/French – Mandatory Skills
- 1-3 years of Help Desk Experience
- Bilingual - English/French
- Excellent customer service skills and technical aptitude
- College or university degree in computer science
- Previous customer service and service desk experience, preferably, in a retail environment supporting retail applications and hardware like RF Guns, POS and SCO
- Thrives solving problems and is able to multi-task and prioritize activities
- Is a team-player with strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation
- Is willing to work various shifts during retail support hours and provide off-hours support on a rotating basis
