Deliverables
• Validate data supplied by users and upload to systems using established processes
• Identify and report support trends to team managers
• Accurately and efficiently process large volumes of data to timely completion
• Identify anomalies (non-standard data) in data sets and escalate for manager review
• Analyze and resolve issues raised by users through ServiceNow tickets and other channels, adhering to established response standards for timeliness and quality
Education/Experience
• Understanding of document management systems, such as Sharepoint Online (SPO)
• Proficiency in using Google G Suite, MS Office Suite, Windows 10
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Alteryx or Power BI *Required*
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow desirable
• Familiarity with ITIL processes desirable
• Previous experience in a user-facing IT support role
