- Project: Enterprise data and analytics strategy
- As part of the Enterprise data and analytics strategy we are looking for 2 IT PMs to lead the following streams of work:
- EDL to Global Data & Analytics migration (this will be a multi-year project new Enterprise platform future of Enterprise Data Lake) across the Enterprise to work with Data Office and CIO teams on migration workloads and data management from EDL to new GDA hybrid platform
- Cloud expansion of Global Data & Analytics platform & Bid ID (vendor) implementation Phase 2 (which automates sensitivity classification within EDL and GDA)
- Manage and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects involving multiple teams from different groups across the bank, as well as external vendors when required
- Is accountable for planning the end-to-end design of significant processes and projects (the full journey)
- Demonstrates ability to develop and maintain high functioning project teams
- Influences business project decisions with direct impact on financials or operating results
- Provides technical advice and leads the development of the roadmap within the context of a technical specialty
- Ability to independently run executive Steerco meetings with Group Heads, EVPs, and SVPs
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
- Recommends technical strategy within a technical domain, may investigate and evaluate new technologies
- Work with executive sponsors and business managers to prioritize requirements, issues and deliverables
- Create and maintain risk/issue logs and escalate issues to stakeholders and steering committee as appropriate
- Defines and maintains the roadmap and project budget
IT Project Manager - Global Data & Analytics – Mandatory Skills
- 5-7 years PM large complex projects
- Application Development Project experience
- Full Software Development Life Cycle
- Software Upgrade Projects
- Software Maintenance Projects
- Independently Run Exec Steerco Meetings
- Agile Methodology
- Experience delivering technology projects at bank (highly preferred)
- Strong Written/Verbal Communication Skills
- Autonomous
- Ability to work in a complex environment
- University Degree in relevant field
- PMP certification or working towards
