Are you looking to take your HR skills to the next level in a Global company? Agilus is recruiting for a HR Administrator (Contract) in the Environmental Consulting Industry. The Human Resources (HR) Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day HR services that are required to ensure and support the success of our client's people. You will be carrying out responsibilities in all aspects of HR and will be primarily responsible to ensuring all data in the client's HRIS is uploaded accurately, maintained and correctly managed. A typical day:
- Manage the HR inbox from employees and external parties where general enquiries are made. Responding professionally, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure employee files are accurate and kept up to date in accordance with statutory and company requirements.
- Provide administrative support to HR programs and projects including services awards, high performance and contribution process etc.
- Prepare all employee documentation in relation to the HR function including but not limited to; letters, secondment agreements, employment agreements, using templates as a guide.
- Provide exemplary customer service as the first point of contact for HR related enquiries from the Operations / Divisions / Functions / Regions
- Maintain current knowledge of local legislation relating to Employment Standards, Human Rights, Workplace Health & Safety and Golder policies and practices.
- Execute day-to-day HRIS administration, i.e. processing all HR and people related transactions, maintaining the highest level of data integrity, timeliness and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions across assigned Operations / Divisions / Functions / Regions.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- A diploma or degree in Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
- Expertise in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 365 applications and tools
- 1-3 years' prior experience in an HR role with some HRIS (Human Resource Management System) exposure
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Flexibility to work fully remote!
- Contract until Dec 2022 with potential to renew/go perm based on performance/business needs

- $22 per hour - 37.50 hours per week with some OT as required
