Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in the Associate Document Review Specialist role, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Job Summary
As a Document Review Specialist, you will process loan documents to ensure all document information is uploaded to the system and is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities
- Manage the tracking and reporting of documents and team pipelines
- Consistently meet minimum production goal numbers and quality metrics
- Obtain updated documents and maintain document database
- Process and submit requests for applicable documents
- Receive, log and process documents/packages for upload
- Review and update inaccurate information in documents
- Manage electronic registration of mortgage documents for the life of the loan
- Ensure loans are recertified within an allotted time frame when applicable
- Ensure Client Care Specialists and all relevant parties are kept up to date with current file status
